My package is being returned to sender

If your package is being returned to sender, here is what happens next. Tracking might show "Return to Sender", "Undeliverable", or "Addressee Unknown". This usually happens due to a small address error, a missing apartment number, or a parcel sitting too long at a pickup point.

What we need from you Send us the exact address you want us to use. Please send the full address again, including any unit or buzzer details, even if you think the original was correct. This stops the same error from happening twice.

What happens then We watch the tracking until the parcel is physically delivered back to our warehouse. This return trip usually takes longer than the original delivery. A return scan in another city does not mean we have the package yet. It only means the return journey has started, so we wait for confirmation.

Once the warehouse has it, we will send you an invoice for reshipping. Once paid, we will ship the order again and give you new tracking.

Things to know

  • Reshipping is not automatic and is not free, because the parcel has made two extra trips.

  • We do not refund or cancel an order just because it was returned to sender. If you do not want it reshipped, contact us to discuss your options.

  • If your order is a Try Before You Buy carrier, do not follow this article. Message us instead, as those follow a different process.
