If there's postage due on your TBYB carrier for the Try Before You Buy program, here is how we handle it. This is about a Try Before You Buy carrier arriving with postage owed, not a regular order. This happens sometimes if a package does not have enough postage paid during transit.
If you are asked to pay on delivery
Pay the fee and accept the package. Send us the receipt and we will pay you back.
Please do not refuse the delivery. A refused package goes back into the postal system and takes much longer to reach the next host.
If you sent the package
We will tell you if postage was collected at the other end. We will send you a separate invoice for that amount. You do not need to do anything until you hear from us

If tracking says the package is held for payment
Tell us, and do not pay anything yet. We can sometimes pay the shipping company directly, which is much faster. We will let you know what to do.
