What happens after I ship my return

Here is what happens after you ship your return, including the steps and how long they take.

1. The package travels to the warehouse

Use the tracking number on the label we provided. Let us know if the label has not been scanned within a few days of mailing. An unscanned label can mean the package did not enter the postal network.

2. It arrives and is inspected

Your return goes into inspection once tracking shows it is delivered. This is usually done within two business days of arrival.

We check that the item meets the approved return condition. It must be new, unused, unwashed, not tried on, and include all original packaging, tags, and inserts.

3. Your refund, credit, or exchange is processed

  • Store credit is ready immediately once issued and applies to your next checkout automatically.

  • A refund to your original payment method is sent right away, but your bank or card provider might take a few extra days to show it.

  • An exchange is finished once the returned item passes inspection. If there is a price difference, we will have already discussed it with you.

4. We confirm with you

You will hear from us when the process is done. If there is a problem during inspection, we will contact you before processing anything.

Agreed fees are deducted at this stage. See our Return & exchange fees article to review them.

5. Can I return something after 30 days?

If you are wondering "Can I return something after 30 days?", our standard return window is 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. After that time, we cannot accept it as a standard return.

This window applies to both returns and exchanges. It starts on the delivery date, not the order date.

If you are past the window

Contact us to explain what you have and what happened. We review requests outside the policy one by one and will give you a clear answer. Please know that exceptions are possible but not guaranteed.

If the item is damaged or faulty

This rule is for when you change your mind. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, that is not a standard return and the 30-day window does not apply. Please read our articles about damaged, faulty, or wrong items instead.

If you are still deciding
If you are unsure about keeping an item, please message us before the 30-day window closes. It is much easier to help you while your return window is still open.
