If you are asking "Can I use my own return label?", yes, you can buy your own return shipping instead of using our label.
What changes
We will not charge you our return label fee because you are paying for the postage yourself.
What stays the same
If you are returning for a refund, the restocking fee still applies.
If your original order shipped for free, we will deduct the outbound shipping cost we originally paid. This is deducted once per order, not per item, no matter how many items you return.
If you paid for shipping on your original order, we do not deduct anything else, but the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Before you mail it Send us a clear photo showing the item is new, unused, unwashed, and not tried on. It must have its original packaging, tags, and inserts. We ask for this before you mail the package so there are no surprises during inspection.
Please also send us your tracking number. We cannot tell when your return arrives without tracking, which will delay the process.
