If your wrap or carrier measures a different size than the label, we should check it carefully before making assumptions.
Woven wraps are made from natural fibers and finished by hand, so a small size difference is normal. Washing and drying can also change the length. Wraps often tighten up a bit after their first wash.
What we need
A photo of the label.
A photo of the box or packaging, if you still have it.
A flat, end-to-end measurement taken with a soft tape measure. Do not pull the fabric tight. You can find video instructions on our babywearing tips page.
Details on how the item was washed and dried. Machine drying can make a wrap shorter.
What happens next
We will compare your measurement to what that size should be. We will help you sort it out if there is a real size or labeling error.
If your photos show you received a completely different size label than what you ordered, that is a wrong item issue. We will fix that using our wrong item process. Please see our article about receiving the wrong item instead.
Please keep the packaging until we finish checking.
