A sale is showing but the commission is missing
Commissions are held for 30 days before they are released. This protects us in case the order is returned, canceled, or refunded, which removes the commission.
If the referred order is less than 30 days old, your pending commission is working normally. It will release automatically.
Contact us if it has been more than 30 days and the commission is still missing. Provide the date of the referred order and we will check on it.
Larger collaborations
If you have a proposal that is bigger than our standard program, please email us the details directly instead of signing up online. We arrange these on a case-by-case basis.
