If you are asking "Can I get my order by a specific date?", we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we can tell you what is possible if you ask before ordering.
Two things impact when your order arrives. Processing time is how long it takes us to pack the order. Transit time starts after the order ships. Choosing a fast shipping method does not speed up the processing time.
If you have not ordered yet
Message us with the item you want, the date you need it, and the shipping address. We can sometimes set up a faster shipping service than what is shown at checkout.
We will tell you the cost and how likely it is to arrive on time.
If you have already ordered
We cannot change your shipping method after the order is placed without speaking to you first. Contact us right away before the order ships and we will see what we can do.
Why we do not promise exact dates
Delivery estimates come from the shipping company and are not guarantees. We cannot control delays caused by weather, customs, or postal networks.
