If an extra item arrived in your package, or your exact order turned up twice, we will arrange the return. We truly appreciate your honesty!
What to do
Send us a photo: Contact us with a picture of what arrived (including the packing slip, if there is one) along with your Order Number.
We'll cover the return: We will send you a prepaid return label for the extra item. There are absolutely no return-label fees, restocking fees, or shipping charges for you.
A thank you from us: As a token of our appreciation for your time and help, we will issue you a gift card!
If you'd rather keep it
If you love the extra item and would like to hold onto it, just let us know! Contact us and we can send you a discounted invoice for the item instead.
