What if my canceled order arrives anyway?
This applies if we have already confirmed your cancellation (meaning you received a confirmation from us and your refund or store credit was issued), but the package turns up anyway.
This usually means the warehouse picked and shipped the order just before the cancellation reached them. This is our error to fix, and we will arrange the return.
1. Double-check: Was the cancellation confirmed?
Only a cancellation we have confirmed counts as canceled. If you requested a cancellation but haven't received a confirmation yet, the order most likely shipped before we could stop it and is still a live, paid order. Please see Can I Cancel, Add to, Modify or Change My Order? for next steps.
2. If the package is still on its way
Please let us know as soon as you see the tracking moving. If it is still in transit, we may be able to intercept it.
3. If it has already been delivered
Contact us with your Order Number and we will give you two options:
Return it: We will send you a prepaid return label. There are no return fees, no restocking fees, and no shipping charges.
Keep it: If you decide you'd like to keep the order after all, just let us know. We will arrange a new invoice for the item at a discounted price.
