Will my order ship in multiple packages?
Sometimes an order ships in more than one package.
If we split it automatically
Occasionally, we may ship part of your order; for example, if items are in different warehouses.
There is no charge for this. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and the rest of your items will follow as soon as they are ready.
If you ask us to split it
If one item in your order is ready and you'd prefer to receive it now rather than waiting for the whole order to be fulfilled, we can usually arrange that for you.
A split-shipping fee will apply, because the second package requires an extra shipment.
We will always let you know the exact fee and wait for your go-ahead before shipping anything out.
How to track a split order
Split orders will display more than one tracking number in your Little Zen One account and in your shipping confirmation emails.
