Some prints vary from carrier to carrier: where a pattern falls on the panel, or how the colours are distributed. If that matters to you, we offer a paid photo request.
How it works
The warehouse photographs three available carriers in the print you're interested in, and holds those three for up to four days while you choose. You pick the one you'd like and we ship it.
What it costs
There's a flat, non-refundable fee for the service. It covers the warehouse's time, so it applies even if none of the three has the placement you hoped for. We'll confirm the current fee when you ask.
What we can't promise
Specific print placement, colours or pattern elements can't be guaranteed, the photos show you what's available, not what can be made to order.
When it isn't available
The service needs enough stock of that print to photograph a choice. If stock is low, we'll let you know it isn't available for that item right now.
