Check the postcode or ZIP and the country match. If your address is in a region we ship to and it still fails, try a different browser or device; if it persists, send us the full address and we'll check it.
Discount code won't apply
One code per order. Codes don't apply to bundles, clearance or marked-down items, or Try Before You Buy orders, and most are single use. If you've used the code before, it won't work again. If it should work and doesn't, send us the code and a screenshot.
Gift card won't apply
Check you've entered the full code with no spaces. If it still won't work, please contact us we can check the balance and status and apply it for you.
Store credit keeps deselecting
Refresh the page, log out and back in, and re-select the credit at checkout. Trying a different browser often helps. If it's still not applying after that, contact us and we'll apply it manually.
