Bundles and Loot Bags: discounts, cancellations and returns

Bundles, including Loot Bags, are sold at a set bundle price and treated as one final-sale item.

Coupons, reward codes and professional discounts can't be applied to bundles. If a code was applied to a bundle in error at checkout, we'll contact you with an invoice for the difference on the bundle only: any valid discount on other items in the same order stays. The order is released for fulfilment once that's settled.

A bundle cannot be cancelled before shipment.

Bundles are final sale. Once shipped or delivered they can't be returned, refunded or exchanged.
