We know you want to be sure a carrier will work for you before you commit. Here is how returns and fit checks work.
Regular-price items
You can return or exchange a regular-price item within 30 days of delivery only if it is new, unused, unwashed, not tried on, and still has its original packaging, tags and inserts. Once a carrier has been tried on, it can no longer be returned or exchanged. Return and restocking fees are explained in our Return & Exchange fees article.
Sale and clearance items
Clearance and marked-down items, pre-orders, special orders, bundles and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including fit.
How to check the fit before you buy
Try Before You Buy: try up to 5 carriers at home for a week each, free, through our TBYB program. It runs in our Facebook group, so a Facebook account is required.
Ask our Certified Babywearing Consultants: if you can't use TBYB, message us with the exact carrier you're considering, your build, your baby's age and anything we should know (for example a back concern). We'll help you assess whether it is likely to suit you before you order. Comfort is very individual, so this is guidance rather than a guarantee.
