Every item on our site shows its processing time in blue, just above the "Add to Cart" button. Your order confirmation email also shows the processing time for your order.
Ready to ship items
These ship within the processing time shown on the product page, usually 1 to 3 business days.
Pre-order and made-to-order items
Some items are made for your order or are still on their way to our warehouse. These show a longer processing time on the product page, often 20 to 40 business days. Because they are made or shipped to us first, we are not able to speed up the processing time.
Orders with more than one item
If your order has a ready to ship item and a pre-order item, the whole order ships together once everything is ready. If you would like the ready item sooner, see Can my order be shipped in more than one parcel?
When will I get tracking?
You will get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1 business day to update after the label is created.
My order is past its processing time
